Zaazen/Move Services

Zaazen Sculpt is a dynamic and energizing workout that combines the best of Pilates, Barre, and light strength training. In this full-body sculpting class, you'll use a variety of equipment, including ankle weights, resistance bands, light dumbbells and other props to modify or intensify your movements. Through a carefully curated sequence of movements, you'll target every major muscle group, including your core, arms, legs, and glutes.
Expect to sweat, stretch, and strengthen your way to a leaner, more toned physique.

Join “Empower 50” - A specialised programme for menopausal women. Designed exclusively for women over 50, Empower50 is a safe, effective, and empowering fitness program that supports you through the physical and emotional transitions of menopause.
