Prenatal belly dancing

 

 

We are one of the few prenatal yoga centres in Delhi which also provide prenatal belly dancing classes.Belly dance is a very low impact aerobic workout that utilizes many muscles in the body. Benefits, like most dances include better cardiovascular circulation, improved balance and coordination.

Prenatal belly dancing provides the optimum balance between fun and exercise. It is said to help the baby move into a good position ready for birth, and also help with strengthening pelvic and deep abdominal muscles. The movements also help to stretch the muscles, improving flexibility during pregnancy. This often can help ease aches and pains in the area and sometimes decrease stress and back pains.
